マジックキャッスルの倫理規程

１．マジックに使用されるあらゆる原理や方法が、いかなる口頭、書面、電子コミュニケーション手段においても故意かつ不必要に一般へ種明かしされることに反対する。

２．奇術に関するコンセプトの著者、所有者を認識し、敬意を払う。

３．奇術の効果や奇術に関する文章、商品の宣伝に使用される著述に関し、正直さを奨励する。

４．他人の考案した奇術発明の無許可複製の製作を行う製造者に反対する。

５．マジックの演技に使用される生き物に対して人道的な扱いとケアを推奨する。

６．マジシャンや、マジシャンの芸能界における地位を下げるような話の口頭、書面、電子コミュニケーションによる伝播に反対する。

上記倫理規定を故意に侵害した場合、そのメンバーは倫理・苦情委員会の審査後にアカデミー役員会から懲罰行為を受けることとなる。

The Academy of Magical Arts Code of Ethics

1. Oppose the willful and needless public exposure of any principles or
methods employed in the art or magic through any verbal,
written or electronic communication.

2. Recognize and respect the rights of authors and owners of magical concepts.

3. Encourage honesty in the statements used to advertise magical effects,
literature and merchandise.

4. Discourage manufacturers from producing unauthorized duplications of
magical creations by others.

5. Promote the humane treatment and care of livestock used in Magical
Performances.

6. Discourage the dissemination of verbal, written or electronic communication
that demeans magicians or their position in the world of entertainment.

Willful violation of the above would subject the member to disciplinary action
by the Board of Directors of the Academy after review by the Ethics and
Grievance Committee.
